Free Beginners Class

Sunday, March 1st, 2020, 17:00-18:00 GMT+1

Capacity: 10 participants (space available)

With the Zoom video conferencing app, I will teach a free online interactive lower back yoga class on Sunday, March 1st, 17:00-18:00 GMT+1 for beginners to practice in the comfort of their own home under my personal guidance. The start time allows those from the U.S. West Coast to participate at 08:00 while those in India at 21:30. Check your time zone in relation to GMT+1.

As the class is for new students who have not attended classes at my center nor have practiced to the Lower Back Yoga iPhone apps, space is limited to 10 participants for close monitoring and more personal guidance.

"Thanks for moderating (the online back class) with personal attention to those connected via video. The experience was very good overall." ~ Ute

I will confirm with the first ten who register. If you are not among them or cannot attend this specific class, please subscribe to our Google Calendar to be notified when future free classes are scheduled or email me at info@lowerbackyoga.com.

After your first free class, the following options will be available for other classes:

Single-class: 18 Euros. 5-class package: 75 Euros (15 Euros average).

Once familiar with the practices, there will be lower rates for ongoing maintenance classes with more participants. This will include streams into live group classes at my yoga center.

What's Needed

For the class:

  • A yoga strap for a leg stretch exercise. If no yoga strap, a pants or bathrobe belt will do.

  • A cushion

  • A clear wall or door to lie the legs up against

"I really enjoyed the class especially today as I was a little bit sickly, it was nice to have the opportunity to have my home comforts." ~ Zora

For the stream:

  • download the Zoom app by going to zoom.us with the device used to stream the class.

  • set the device at least 1.5 - 2 meters from the mat with the mat in full view running parallel to the camera as in the photos here, not perpendicular to the camera. This will allow the student to turn his or her head occasionally to see a practice displayed on the device and for Fred to have the best view to give instruction.

  • Fred will send further instructions

Registration: March 1st Free Class

Thank you for registering. Fred will contact you with further details.

"I felt like in our real class. It's amazing not to leave home, not to lose time in a traffic jam." - Rita
